Actually, in the Netflix show Lockup Season 2, contestant Madhuri Jain Grover had passed a comment on family planning and wealth and poverty. He had said that if rich people produce more children, wealth will increase and if poor people produce more children, poverty will increase. He told that the rule of ‘Hum Do Hamare Do’ does not apply to everyone.
Why did Madhuri say such a thing?
To save herself from being eliminated during an episode of the show, Madhuri had to share a secret related to her life. Madhuri then revealed that she and Ashneer were planning to have a third child after both their children grew up, but they did not get the support of their family. The family members said that two children were enough. Later, when both of them again planned to have a third child, it was too late and medically it was not possible.
