Dharmendra Pradhan resigned from the post of Education Minister. His resignation was accepted by the President and Prahlad Joshi was appointed as the new Education Minister of the country. Now the question arises that what will happen to Dharmendra Pradhan? Which way will Dharmendra Pradhan’s political future go? We will find answers to these questions, but before that it is necessary to understand why Dharmendra Pradhan suddenly resigned amid the student movement? Because the student movement was going on for a long time and the government was not ready on the question of Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation.
In fact, after the violence during the Parliament march on July 20, the nature of the student movement was changing rapidly. A large number of students from all over the country were gathering at Jantar Mantar. Not only this, protests were taking place against paper leaks in many cities of the country.
Nadda-Singh met CJP representatives
Meanwhile, on behalf of the government, JP Nadda and Dr. Jitendra Singh held talks with the representatives of CJP. CJP set the first condition for Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. The second condition is to provide compensation to the families of students who committed suicide due to NEET and the third condition is that no legal action should be taken against the students involved in the protest.
Meanwhile, students started a tremendous campaign on social media. This movement started spreading from Delhi across the country. A large number of people gathered at Jantar Mantar the night before Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation. The government was continuously receiving inputs that some elements may mislead this movement and try to take advantage of it.
What did Dharmendra Pradhan write in his resignation letter?
After inputs coming from every corner of the country, Dharmendra Pradhan submitted his resignation letter to the Prime Minister on Saturday afternoon. In his resignation letter, Dharmendra Pradhan wrote, ‘I am saddened to see the events of the last 10 days. This is not a matter of personal prestige for me. India’s youth power is the real strength of this country. This is my resolve that we will not let the youth of the country get trapped in the vicious cycle of confusion. Anti-national forces should not be able to take advantage of the situation that has arisen at Jantar Mantar and in the country, and the unity of the country should remain intact. The future of even a single student in India should not get entangled in legal complications, our children should invest their time in studies. Focus on building your career, keeping this in mind I have sent my resignation letter to the Honorable Prime Minister.

Youth of the country are important from position: Amit Shah
Home Minister Amit Shah wrote – For BJP workers, the country, our young generation and students are more important than the post. Today, the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan from his post shows this. Modi government respects the sentiments of the youth of the country and is committed to necessary reforms against paper leaks. The decisions taken by Modi ji to ensure that the culprits of the paper leak get strict punishment are commendable. I have full confidence that these steps will do complete justice to the students who have succeeded in the NEET exam.
During his tenure, Dharmendra Pradhan has made important reforms in the direction of effective implementation of National Education Policy (NEP), arrangement of examinations in mother tongues, expansion of PM Shri Vidyalayas, promotion of digital education, skill development and strengthening industry-academia coordination. His efforts towards making the examination system more inclusive and student-centric have also been noteworthy. His tenure is a reflection of his dedication towards the resolve to make India a developed nation.

Apart from this, BJP leaders from across the country visited Dharmendra Pradhan at his house. After these statements and meetings, now the question is what will be the political future of Dharmendra Pradhan? One thing is clear that BJP completely stands with Dharmendra Pradhan.
Now 3 options are visible for Dharmendra Pradhan in future-
First- Returning to the BJP organization, but being a senior leader, it is difficult to say what will be the role of Dharmendra Pradhan in the party organization. Although the second thing was that BJP returned to power as election in-charge in the UP assembly elections in the year 2022, then will Dharmendra Pradhan once again get the responsibility of UP elections in 2027?
Second- Returning to the Union Cabinet once again after a few months, political analysts are not ruling out the possibility of this move.
third- BJP’s political experts and many political analysts also believe that Dharmendra Pradhan can return to Odisha, that is, to the highest post in the state. This option may also be open to Dharmendra Pradhan.
Now it remains to be seen where BJP makes political use of Dharmendra Pradhan?
