Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda is all set for his Bollywood debut. With the new release date, the makers have released the explosive trailer of his first film ‘Ikkis’. Agastya Nanda’s dashing look can be seen in the trailer. He has become famous in the role of a brave soldier. Simar Bhatia’s chemistry is going to be seen with him in the film.
The trailer of ‘Ikkis’ starts with a voice over in which it is said – ‘Lieutenant Colonel Tarapore awarded the first Param Vir Chakra to our regiment.’ After this the glimpse of Agastya Nanda appears. He says- ‘I will bring the next Paramveer Chakra for our regiment.’ A glimpse of Simar Bhatia can also be seen in the trailer.
How is the trailer of ‘Ikkis’?
Dharmendra is next seen in the trailer, who is going to play the father of Agastya Nanda’s character Arun Khetrapal. Regarding his son, he says – ‘He used to tell me army stories since he was little.’ After this the character of Jaideep Ahlawat enters. He says to Dharmendra- ‘Your son is an example not only for the Indian but also for the Pakistani army, sir.’
Star cast of ‘Ikkis’
‘Ikkis’ is based on India’s youngest Param Vir Chakra winner – Second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal. In the film, Agastya Nanda will be seen in the role of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal. The film has been directed by Sriram Raghavan. In this, along with Agastya Nanda, Simar Bhatia, Dharmendra and Jaideep Ahlawat will also be seen playing important roles.
New release date of ‘Ikkis’
‘Ikkis’ was earlier scheduled to hit the theaters on October 2, 2025. However, the release date of the film was postponed. Now the new release date of ‘Ikkis’ has been announced along with the trailer. The film will now hit the theaters in December 2025. However, the makers have not yet revealed the exact release date of ‘Ikkis’.
