Smriti-Jemimah With World Cup Trophy: India has won the title of Women’s World Cup 2025. Team India defeated South Africa by 52 runs in the World Cup final. The Indian team reached the final by defeating Australia in the semi-finals. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur had tears of joy in her eyes after winning the semi-final. Team India’s victory in the semi-finals increased India’s hopes of winning the final. But even after winning the final, Team India’s vice-captain Smriti Mandhana and star batsman Jemimah Rodriguez still feel that becoming India’s world champion is no less than a dream.

Smriti Mandhana was the highest run scorer for India in the Women’s World Cup 2025. Whereas Jemimah Rodriguez’s historic innings in the semi-finals took the team to the finals. Jemimah Rodriguez has shared another photo on her Instagram account. In this picture, along with Smriti and Jemima, Arundhati Reddy and Radha Yadav are also seen. These four players have shared a photo lying with the trophy. The caption given with this photo is ‘Are we still dreaming?’ This victory of India is so big that this victory has fulfilled the dream of crores of people along with Indian players.

Smriti Mandhana woke up this morning and shared photos with Jemimah Rodriguez and also shared photos of Team India’s victory celebration. In the third post shared on Instagram, Smriti Mandhana has shared a photo with captain Harmanpreet Kaur, in which both the players are seen hugging each other after the victory in the final.
