Vedant-Tejal Marriage: On November 2, a royal wedding took place in the country’s financial capital Mumbai which made a lot of headlines on social media. Vedant Birla, elder son of famous industrialist Yash Birla, took seven rounds with Tejal Kulkarni. Many celebrities from the world of business, politics and Bollywood attended this grand ceremony, due to which this marriage became a topic of discussion.
Who is Vedant Birla?
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Uddhav Thackeray, his wife Rashmi Thackeray and son Aditya Thackeray attended the wedding reception of Vedant and Tejal. Bhumi Pednekar, singer Kanika Kapoor and many other famous personalities from Bollywood also graced the occasion. A beautiful confluence of traditional and modern themes was seen in the reception, pictures of which are going viral on social media.
Vedant Birla, 33, is the son of Yashovardhan Birla and Avanti Birla. Yash Birla, Chairman of Yash Birla Group, is one of the leading industrial houses of the country. The group is active in sectors such as steel pipes, machine tools, textiles, real estate, power solutions and cutting tools, and has a turnover of around Rs 3,000 crore. Vedant Birla is currently the Chairman of Birla Precision Technologies Limited, whose market value is more than Rs 300 crore.
Vedant-Tejal’s marriage dominates social media
Vedant completed his early education from Campion School, Mumbai in 2007. After this he H.R. Earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from College of Commerce and Economics. Later he studied General Management and Business Studies from RBS College, UK. Pictures and videos of this wedding decorated on the royal theme are becoming increasingly viral on social media. People have described this marriage as a “confluence of royalty and modernity”.
