Senior Bollywood actor and former MP Govinda has been admitted to Criticare Hospital in Juhu on Tuesday night. The 61-year-old actor suddenly fainted at his home, after which he was immediately taken to the hospital. His friend and legal advisor Lalit Bindal gave this information.
Lalit Bindal said, “Govinda ji was taken to Criticare Hospital after he suddenly became unconscious. Currently, he is under the observation of doctors.” He said that all the vital parameters of the actor are being monitored and doctors are doing necessary tests.
How is Govinda’s health?
Let us tell you that Govinda was admitted to the hospital around 1 o’clock in the night after fainting at home. According to the latest update, the actor’s health is fine and he is under the supervision of doctors. It is being told that the actor has undergone several medical tests and the reports are awaited.
Govinda had gone to meet Dharmendra a day ago
Interestingly, just a day before Govinda was admitted to the hospital, he was seen going to the hospital to meet veteran actor Dharmendra. Dharmendra is undergoing treatment at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. A video of Govinda from outside the hospital is going viral, in which the actor is seen getting emotional while driving himself to the hospital.
Govinda was admitted to the hospital last year also
In October last year, Govinda was shot in the leg. During that time a bullet was fired from his licensed revolver. After suffering an injury below the knee, the actor was taken to Criticare Hospital near his Juhu home and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The bullet was removed after an hour of surgery.
According to his manager, Govinda was keeping his licensed revolver in the cupboard when his revolver fell and a bullet was fired. After being discharged from the hospital, Govinda recalled, “I was going to a show in Kolkata and it was around 5 in the morning… She fell and walked… I was stunned and then I saw a fountain of blood coming out.”
