These include copy of old license, medical certificate if age is more than 40 and passport size photo. After filling all the information correctly, pay the fees online and submit. After submission, application number will be generated. With which you can track the status further. In many states, after verification, the new license is sent directly to your home.

Documents required for renewal
For renewal, you must have some important documents such as old driving license, Aadhar card or any identity card, address proof, medical certificate Form 1A and recent photograph. If your license has expired more than 5 years ago. So you may have to give the test again. Generally, there is no penalty for renewal within the grace period of 30 days. But after this, extra fees have to be paid for delay. Therefore, renew the license before its validity ends.
