Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Indian women’s cricket team’s star batsman Smriti Mandhana on her engagement. Smriti Mandhana is engaged to music composer Palash Muchhal. Giving a special message, PM Modi (PM Modi News) congratulated Smriti and Palash as well as their families on this special occasion.
Prime Minister Modi wished this new couple a happy life. In his letter he talked about love, solidarity and trust. The Prime Minister has also congratulated Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal for their marriage. It is being told that their marriage is going to happen on 23rd November, but neither of them has confirmed the date yet.
PM Modi wrote in his letter, “Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal will build a shared life based on love and trust, will always stand by each other. Will accept responsibilities with love, moving forward together with each other’s strengths and weaknesses.”

Smriti Mandhana had shared a video, after which the news of her engagement has created a stir on the internet. Smriti did not confirm her engagement through any words, but while dancing with other Indian cricketers in the video, she confirmed the engagement by showing the ring on her hand.
Smriti Mandhana played a big role in making the Indian team the World Cup winner. He had scored 434 runs in 9 innings. Let us remind you that India had defeated South Africa by 52 runs in the World Cup final.
