Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana’s wedding date has been extended. Due to sudden deterioration in father’s health, the marriage of Smriti Mandhana and Palash Muchhal will not take place today i.e. on 23rd November. A family member of Mandhana confirmed that the Indian cricketer’s wedding has been postponed.
Before the marriage, other rituals were being celebrated with great pomp and show. His video also created a stir on the internet. Meanwhile, news came that the health of Smriti Mandhana’s father has suddenly deteriorated, who is currently admitted in the hospital and is undergoing treatment. Last Saturday, the rituals of Haldi and Mehndi took place, whereas today i.e. on the afternoon of 23rd November, both were going to get married. Their wedding ceremony was going to be held in Sangli, Maharashtra, but suddenly amidst all the happiness, sadness knocked at their door.
According to a media report, Smriti Mandhana’s manager told that Mandhana is very close to her father. That’s why the Indian cricketer has said that she will not marry until her father recovers.
