Ayodhya Ram Mandir Dhwajarohan: Today (November 25) in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi hoisted the religious flag on the peak of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple in Abhijeet Muhurta. This religious flag is 22 feet long and 11 feet wide. As soon as the flag was hoisted, slogans of Jai Shri Ram were raised in the entire premises of Ram temple. Before hoisting the flag, the PM visited seven temples and also performed aarti in the temple. In this event, 7000 guests including many big leaders became witnesses of this historic moment. Amidst the flag hoisting, everything related to the Ram temple is being discussed in full swing. In such a situation, questions are being raised in the minds of people regarding the 44 gates and 18 doors installed in the Ram temple. 44 gates and 18 doors in Ram temple
The entire complex of Ram Temple is spread over 70.5 acres and a total of 44 gates have been built in it. Out of these gates, there are 18 gates which actually have doors. The remaining gates are without doors. That means it is only part of the path and structure of the temple. And out of 18 doors, 14 doors are studded with gold. Whereas four doors are of the store area, which have been prepared by varnishing the wood. All the doors installed in the ground floor of Ram temple are made of special teak wood which has been prepared by a Hyderabad company.
Devotees get entry only through the main gate.
There are 44 gates in the Ram temple, but only one entry path has been fixed for the devotees. Devotees coming to visit Ram temple get entry from Sugriva Fort. For the convenience of the devotees, three special routes have also been prepared to reach Ram Temple. These three paths are Ram Janmabhoomi Path, Bhakti Path and Ram Path. These paths have been designed in such a way that the devotees do not face any problem even if the crowd increases.
What is the difference between the gate and the doors built in Ram temple?
- door- Dwaras are large external entryways built into the structure of the Ram temple complex. These gates are not always closed with doors because there are no doors installed here.
- doors- The doors made in Ram temple are those which are coated with wood, metal or gold and which can be opened or closed. A total of 18 doors have been installed in such Ram temple.
