Afghanistan-Pakistan Relations: Our friendship with India Why does your stomach ache? Taliban’s warning to Pakistan, know what was said

The Taliban government of Afghanistan has made it clear to Pakistan that Kabul will no longer run its foreign policy under any external pressure. Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi openly reacted to Pakistan’s uneasiness over the growing closeness with India and said that Afghanistan builds relations based on its interests and not according to the preferences of any neighbor.

Muttaqi said in a meeting of political analysts that Pakistan should not have a problem with the fact that Afghanistan is strengthening relations with India. He said that if Pakistan itself can maintain diplomatic contacts with India then no one can stop Afghanistan from doing so. Muttaki also said that Pakistan has been trying to control Afghan foreign policy for a long time, but this period is now over.

Sharp comment on Pakistan’s political chaos

The Afghan Foreign Minister also took a dig at the internal situation of Pakistan. He referred to the statement in which Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar had admitted that even for a small decision, permission is required from both the Prime Minister and the Army Chief. Muttaqi quipped that there are so many centers in Pakistan that it is difficult to understand who actually takes the decisions. He said that the effect of this chaos is visible on every decision of Pakistan.

Taliban’s taunt

Muttaki said that Pakistan’s relations with almost every neighboring country are tense and this problem is not limited to Afghanistan. According to him, there is constant conflict between Pakistan’s political parties, religious groups and its own people. The Taliban minister claimed that relations on all other borders of Afghanistan are normal and commercial, while Pakistan is the only neighbor with which tension remains.

Serious allegations on air violation and stopping business

Taliban has made many allegations against Pakistan in recent months. Kabul says that Pakistan violated Afghan airspace several times and arbitrarily closed trade routes along the border. Muttaqi also said that Afghan refugees are being mistreated in Pakistan, which is further worsening the relations between the two countries. Taliban says that they have shown patience, but it would not be right for Pakistan to consider it as weakness.
