Rakesh Rathore, Minister of State for Urban Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh, reached Mahoba on Tuesday (16 December 2025) evening. Minister Rathore held several important meetings with the administrative officials of the district at Virma Bhawan. In the meeting, schemes related to city development, progress of works and resolution of public problems were discussed in detail. During this, he also accused Samajwadi Party of casteism and nepotism.
Minister Rakesh Rathore held a meeting with party workers and officials and discussed organizational issues. He said that earlier the workers used to complain that their problems were not being heard, but now clear instructions have been given to the officials to listen seriously to the workers and the general public and provide prompt solutions. He assured that the government and the organization together are committed to respecting the workers and solving their problems.
The morale of the workers increased due to the announcement of the state president.
Regarding BJP’s new state president Pankaj Chaudhary, Minister Rathore said that whatever new happens in the party under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it brings positive energy. The announcement of the State President has boosted the morale of the workers, which will be clearly visible in the coming elections.
BJP claims to form government in UP in 2027
He said, “In BJP it is never decided who will reach where, someone else’s discussion happens and someone else comes forward, this is the specialty of the party.” Regarding the assembly elections 2027, the minister of Yogi government claimed that the atmosphere in the state is completely in favor of BJP and the party will form the government for the third time with an overwhelming majority.
Samajwadi Party targeted
Taking aim at the opposition, he said that during the SP government, familyism and casteism were dominant, whereas in BJP, work is done on the policy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas. The benefits of government schemes are reaching every class and every society. He said that the increased morale of the workers is the biggest strength of the BJP, on the basis of which it is certain that the BJP government will be formed once again in the state and the Centre.
