The IPL 2026 mini auction was held on Tuesday at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, in which famous players like Mujeeb Ur Rehman, Yash Dhull, Vijay Shankar, Deepak Hooda and Alzarri Joseph could not find buyers.
A total of 369 players had entered this auction, of which 253 were Indians and 116 were foreigners. In this auction, 10 teams had a total of 77 slots vacant. All the teams added 25-25 players for this season. A total of Rs 215.45 crore was spent in the auction.
Cameron Green became the most expensive player of the IPL auction for Rs 25.20 crore, while Prashant Veer and Karthik Sharma were bought by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 14.2 crore each.
