How many posts will be recruited in total?
A total of 1815 constable posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. These posts have been distributed differently. In which Jammu Division includes 934 posts and Kashmir Division 881 posts. The starting date of its application is 19 January 2026 and the last date of application is 17 February 2026. Now candidates can apply online between these dates. Educational Qualification, Age Limit and Application Fee
Candidates applying for the post of Police Constable must have passed 10th from any recognized board. Also, the minimum age for this recruitment is 18 years and maximum age is 28 years. Reserved category candidates can be given age relaxation as per government rules. To apply for this recruitment, candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 700. Fees can be paid through online mode (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.).
