Siddqullah Chowdhuri Big Claim on Murshidabad Violence Says BSF Killed People BJP May involve in Riots

Politics has started on the death of three people in the violence erupted in Murshidabad against the new Waqf law. The police of West Bengal is talking about investigating these deaths. Meanwhile, Siddicla Chaudhary, minister of Mamta Banerjee’s government, made a big claim about the deaths in Murshidabad violence. In a conversation with ABP News, Siddicullah Chaudhary blamed the BSF for the deaths in the violence.

On the question asked about deaths, Siddicullah Chaudhary said that people have been killed by BSF bullet. Our government is not responsible for this. He said that BSF has fired, ask them. The police of the state government did not shoot any bullet. Not only this, the Minister of Mamta government said that outsiders will be involved in the Murshidabad violence. He said that BJP people can also participate in the violence.

‘Conspiracy to discredit Mamta government’

Siddikullah Chaudhary, a minister in Mamta Banerjee’s government, said that we had demonstrated in Calcutta on 10 April 2025. There were millions of people in this performance. There were three and a half thousand vehicles in it. There was no violence there. He further said that maybe, BJP people have entered inside in this violence. He said that they are working to discredit the government. He said that a police car was attacked in Murshidabad. Who is responsible for the sabotage in the BDO office?

There were violent protests against Waqf law in Murshidabad, Hooghly, Malda and 24 Parganas districts of West Bengal. The mob set fire to several shops and vehicles including police vehicles. After the violence erupted, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee appealed to the people of all religions to maintain peace. At the same time, after the violence, BJP leader Suvendu officer approached the Calcutta High Court for the deployment of central forces in the areas.

The High Court issued an order for the deployment of central forces in violent areas, after which 5 companies of paramilitary forces were sent by the central government to West Bengal. Police officials issued a statement and said that the situation in West Bengal is normal.
