A large number of people from West Bengal, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are looking for employment opportunities in Russia.
Attracting a good salary
Indian workers in Russia are getting better salary packages. According to the data of recruitment agencies, an Indian laborer in Russia is getting a starting salary of up to Rs 50 thousand per month. Along with this, many companies are also providing overtime and boarding facilities to the workers.
Whereas experienced people are getting salary up to Rs 1.50 lakh. Russia has the highest abundance of blue-collar jobs such as welders, carpenters, electricians, drivers and factory operators.
