Accused of diverting attention from real issues – Syed Imtiaz Jaleel
Syed Imtiaz Jalil also raised questions on the media and said that after such statements no one asks whether people are getting water or not. He said that it is not asked whether the children’s schools are fine or whether medicines and doctors are available in the hospitals. Real issues like roads, infrastructure and basic facilities are not discussed.
He alleged that on the basis of just one statement the media keeps debating in prime time for several days. Imtiaz Jalil said that now the discussion will continue for three days whether the number of children should be nineteen or four or two, while the real questions of the public are left behind.
