America’s military presence around Iran

Tomahawk missile can become a big weapon
America has a big option with Tomahawk cruise missile. This missile can be fired from warships and submarines. The special thing is that these ships can be kept far away from the Iranian coast, due to which there will be less danger to American soldiers and precise attacks can be carried out.
Precise attack with JASSM missile
America can also use Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile i.e. JASSM. This missile has a heavy warhead and its strike range is about 1,000 kilometers. It can be fired from fighter jets like F-15, F-16, F-35 and bombers like B-1, B-2, B-52. US Navy fighter jets can also use it.
Drone attack and surveillance
The possibility of a drone attack on Iran is also being expressed. Drone attacks reduce the risk to pilots’ lives. Along with this, drones can also be used for surveillance and intelligence gathering. Since American aircraft carriers are limited in the area at present, drone attacks from a distance are considered more possible.
Cyber attack can also become a weapon
America can also launch a cyber attack against Iran. Due to this, Iran’s air defense system and drone control network can be damaged. Apart from this, America can also help in restoring internet services in Iran, which will give strength to the protesters and increase pressure on the Iranian government.
