X is down for the second time in four days. News of problems with the website was reported by Down Detector around 8 pm. It monitors outage of any platform. More than 4,500 of these problems were recorded around 8.50 pm.
Elon Musk had announced to implement many plans
Earlier on Sunday, X owner and billionaire Elon Musk had announced plans to publish the algorithm code of the site’s news feed and advertising system in order to increase transparency. Musk had said that the code would be made open source. Will be updated regularly. So that users can be explained how posts are recommended.
He had said that we have included the new X algorithm. Which organic and advertising posts are recommended to the users, will be made open source within 7 days. This will be repeated in 4 weeks. It will also include complete developer notes. So that it can be understood, what has changed. At present, X has not issued any official statement on the global outage.
