US President Donald Trump is forming a ‘Gaza Peace Board’ to develop Gaza, in which Russian President Vladimir Putin has also been invited by Trump to join. Kremlin has said that this proposal received from America is being considered.

“In fact, President Putin also received an offer to join this peace board through diplomatic channels,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, the official residence and office of the President of Russia, told reporters.

What did Russia say on America’s invitation?

He said, ‘We are currently studying all the details of this proposal and hope to contact the US side to clarify all the details.’

PM Modi and Shahbaz Sharif also received invitation

Many other countries have also received proposals from America to join this organization. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Shahbaz Sharif have also received invitation to join the peace board. The US President inaugurated this board under the second phase of the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Israel and Hamas agreed to Trump’s peace plan in October.

America’s plan for peace in Gaza

The US is presenting the board as a new international body to bring peace and stability in Gaza and beyond, leading to speculation that it could also respond to other global conflicts. Russia sees the Gaza Peace Board as a US attempt to create a rival to the UN organization, which would have a broader jurisdiction, Russia’s Channel 1 TV said in its political program ‘Pryamoi Efir’ (live broadcast) on Monday.
