A video has been shared by Gokulam Motors on the social media platform Instagram, in which Kerala Transport Minister KB Ganesh Kumar is seen getting down from his car and taking delivery of his Tata Sierra. Along with this, the minister celebrated by cutting the cake and removed the cover of Sierra. As soon as he got the keys of the car, the minister himself was seen driving the SUV out of the pavilion.
Tata Sierra powertrain
Tata Sierra has been launched in the market with both petrol and diesel powertrain options. This car also has two petrol engine options. The vehicle is equipped with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine, which produces 160 PS of power and 255 Nm of torque. A 6-speed automatic transmission is associated with this engine.
Tata Sierra also has the option of a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated engine, which produces 106 PS of power and 145 Nm of torque. There is an option of 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCA transmission with this engine installed in the vehicle. This new SUV also has the option of 1.5-liter diesel engine, which gives power of 118 PS. With this engine, a torque of 260 Nm is generated with manual transmission and 280 Nm of torque is generated with 6-speed automatic transmission.
