First job and struggle
Recalling his first job, the diploma holder wrote that after the Covid-19 pandemic, the job market was completely at a standstill and there was no option. Then under compulsion he agreed to work as a “Document Executive” in a financial firm. Despite working hard, his salary increased only from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 in four and a half years.

He further wrote, “The market doesn’t care about your degree. It doesn’t matter to him whether you can do the work or not. Today I am a full-time financial consultant. I handle complex debt instruments like project funding, equity funding, M&A investments and high-ticket B2B loans.” Not only this, he has now forayed into commercial real estate as well.
