Ruckus in Air India flight coming from Bangkok to Delhi, cabin crew misbehaved with passengers, know what is the whole controversy

The controversy over food in Air India’s international flight coming from Bangkok to Delhi has raised questions on passenger rights. According to the viral video, passenger Abhishek Chaudhary has alleged that the cabin crew misbehaved with him and a foreign passenger when they asked for a pre-booked non-veg meal. When he complained, he was also given a warning letter by the pilot.

Video of the incident has also been released
The passengers were traveling with their 22-year-old cousin on January 19. He recorded a video in the flight itself in which a French passenger sitting next to him also described the behavior of the staff as abusive. He said that when he asked for his non-veg food, he was spoken to in a harsh tone and asked to show his ticket. He said he was made to feel like a “dog” and not a human being.

What has the traveler told?
According to the passenger, while booking the ticket, he had already selected veg meal for himself and non-veg meal for his cousin. Despite this the cousin was not given food. Even when he showed the booking details through e-mail, the staff accused him of returning the food.

Pilot handed over warning letter to passenger
He said that when he asked to lodge a complaint, the cabin crew stopped the conversation. After some time, he was given a warning letter from the pilot in which it was said that his behavior was spoiling the atmosphere in the flight. It is alleged that his cousin did not get food during the entire journey and both the passengers were not talked to in a respectful manner. Air India has said that it is investigating the viral video and the allegations made and further action will be taken based on the facts.
