What has the traveler told?
According to the passenger, while booking the ticket, he had already selected veg meal for himself and non-veg meal for his cousin. Despite this the cousin was not given food. Even when he showed the booking details through e-mail, the staff accused him of returning the food.
Pilot handed over warning letter to passenger
He said that when he asked to lodge a complaint, the cabin crew stopped the conversation. After some time, he was given a warning letter from the pilot in which it was said that his behavior was spoiling the atmosphere in the flight. It is alleged that his cousin did not get food during the entire journey and both the passengers were not talked to in a respectful manner. Air India has said that it is investigating the viral video and the allegations made and further action will be taken based on the facts.
