There is a need to change the way of sleeping also
Avoid eating food late at night and eat food at sunset. Do not lie down on the bed immediately after eating, move around for some time and sleep on the left side only. For this, fill water in a copper vessel at night and consume the water in the morning. Copper water will help in detoxifying the body.
