The post read, “When a relationship is based only on needs, it is the heart that is always sacrificed.” Recently, in an interview with Bombay Times, Akanksha said that there is no rift between her and Gaurav and criticized the reports for misrepresenting her post.
She told Bombay Times, “The post had nothing to do with Gaurav. I don’t discuss personal matters on social media. It was for the promotion of my upcoming series. It could have been interpreted differently, but it was unnecessarily blown out of proportion.”

After the post, Akanksha also had to face online trolling, some users also linked this speculation to Gaurav’s desire to become a father and Akanksha’s decision not to adopt motherhood. Responding to the trolling in the interview, Akanksha said, “At present, I have become the troll queen! I have always been openly speaking on this topic.
