Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has opened the application correction window for those candidates who had made a mistake while applying. Candidates can make corrections in their form through online within the stipulated time.

UP Police Recruitment Board is going to appoint a total of 32,679 posts in the state under this recruitment drive. In this recruitment, posts have been earmarked for various units. There are 10,469 posts for Constable Civil Police (Male/Female), 15,131 posts for PAC (Male only), 2,282 posts for Female PAC Battalion (Lucknow, Badaun and Gorakhpur). Apart from this, there are 1,341 posts in Special Security Force, 71 posts in Mounted Police, 3,279 posts of Jail Warder (Male) and 106 posts of Jail Warder (Women).
What information can be updated in the form?
During the correction window, candidates can update only selected information in the application form. This may include errors in spelling of name or parents’ names, date of birth, educational, category, address and contact information. However, the board has made it clear that no changes can be made in the information fetched from OTR and the uploaded photos.
What to do if there is a problem during correction
If any technical problem or other problem is encountered while making corrections in the application form, then the candidates can contact the helpline number 1800 9110 005 issued by the UP Police Recruitment Board. This helpline service will be available from 10 am to 7 pm, where candidates can get solutions to their problems.
When can you make corrections in your form?
According to UPPRPB, the correction window for UP Police Constable Recruitment 2026 will remain open till 6 am on February 3, 2026. After this, no chance for any kind of amendment will be given. Therefore, candidates must check their application in time.
