Big news has come for the youth who are dreaming of job in the police department in Uttar Pradesh. UPPBPB has released the schedule of written examination for direct recruitment 2025 on reserved civil police and equivalent posts. Through this recruitment, appointments are to be made on thousands of posts across the state, for which lakhs of candidates have applied.
Know exam details
According to the official information released by UPPBPB, the written examination of Reserve Civil Police Recruitment 2025 will be conducted on June 8, June 9 and June 10, 2026. The examination will last for three days and will be conducted in two shifts every day. The examination will be conducted at the examination centers set up in different districts of the state so that all the candidates can get a chance to take the examination in a convenient manner. The Recruitment Board has clarified that all the important information related to the examination, such as the syllabus of the examination, information about the examination center and admit card, will be released only on the official website uppbpb.gov.in. Candidates have been advised to keep checking the website from time to time.
How many posts will be recruited
A large number of constable posts will be filled under UP Police Recruitment 2025. Through this recruitment drive, candidates selected on a total of 32,679 posts will be deployed in different police departments of the state. This recruitment includes posts like Civil Police, PAC, Special Security Force, Jail Warder and Mounted Police. Appointment in all these departments will be done on the basis of performance and merit of the candidates.

The selection process of UP Police Constable Recruitment is completed in several stages. First of all the candidates will have to give written examination. The candidates who are successful in this examination will be called for the next stage. After the written examination, document verification of the candidates will be done, in which educational qualification and other necessary certificates will be checked. After this, Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be conducted. Candidates who successfully complete all these stages will be included in the final merit list.
How much salary will you get?
The candidates selected in this recruitment will be given salary as per government rules. Candidates selected for the post of constable will get a salary ranging from Rs 21,700 to Rs 69,100 under Pay Level 3. Along with this, other government facilities and allowances will also be given.

The Recruitment Board has advised the candidates to follow the guidelines issued before the examination. It will be mandatory for the candidates to reach the examination center on time and carry a valid identity card along with the admit card.
