Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who reached his native village Panchur in Yamkeshwar area of ​​Uttarakhand, was given a grand and cordial welcome by the villagers. There was a queue of people since morning upon his arrival in the village. Fans, relatives, villagers and public representatives from nearby areas including Rishikesh, Narendra Nagar, Kotdwar, Dehradun were seen waiting for their turn outside CM Yogi’s residence to meet him. Many people had also reached Panchur to introduce their friends and family to CM Yogi.

When CM Yogi went on a village tour on Saturday, he met the children and villagers he met on the way very affectionately. While caressing small and big children, he talked to everyone and also got his photo clicked. Meanwhile, a small child came to CM Yogi with flowers and touched his feet. On this Yogi Adityanath gifted a bundle of chocolates to the child. The child started giving that bundle to his grandfather, on which CM Yogi said smilingly, “We also look like your grandfather.” This scene became emotional and memorable for the people present there.

Blessings given to newly married couples

Newly married couples also reached CM Yogi’s residence to seek his blessings. The newlywed couple named Shivani Badola and Yogesh Semwal met the Chief Minister and also got photographed with him. Apart from this, some rural girls came to meet CM Yogi with their wedding cards and invited him to attend the wedding ceremony. Wishing her all the best, Yogi Adityanath agreed to attend the wedding and got her photo clicked.

CM recognized everyone by name

Kandi resident Jaiveer Negi told that when he met CM Yogi, the Chief Minister asked his name and address. Initially he could not be identified, but as soon as he told the names of his father and uncle, Yogi Adityanath recognized him and also inquired about the well-being of his father and uncle. Due to this, there was a special discussion among the villagers about the memory power and intimacy of the Chief Minister.

As part of the two-day programme, CM Yogi inaugurated the newly constructed two-storey classroom building at Janta Inter College Yamkeshwar and also inspected the under-construction temple in Panchur village. During his visit to the village at around 9.30 am on Saturday morning, he spent time with the villagers and children. After meeting his mother in the evening, he greeted his two sisters and the people present there with folded hands.

Fruit plants encouraged

At around 3.15 pm, CM Yogi reached Guru Gorakhnath College, where Principal Prof. Yogesh Kumar welcomed him by presenting him a bouquet. The Chief Minister offered flowers on the statue of Mahant Avaidyanath and Colonel S. of 128 Battalion Kashyali. Planted a mango sapling in the campus along with Siddiqui and the Principal. He also gave instructions for planting environment-friendly fruit plants. Inspected the newly constructed science and computer lab at the beginning of B.Sc. from the same session and instructed local MLA Renu Bisht to develop the sports ground as a mini stadium. After this, CM Yogi left for Jolly Grant Airport by helicopter.
