Team India Arrived At Head Coach Gautam Gambhir Delhi House For Dinner: Team India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir organized a special dinner for the Indian cricket team at his Delhi residence on Sunday, February 8. This dinner was organized on 12 February at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi before the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup match against Namibia. Along with this, Vice President of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Rajiv Shukla also reached Gautam’s residence. Defending champion India won its first group stage match against America by 29 runs at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 7 February. Indian team players and support staff were welcomed by Gautam Gambhir along with his wife Natasha and children.

Team India has started the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 with a win. Team India won its first match against America by 29 runs. This match was played at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. In this match, the Indian team batted first after losing the toss. Team India’s top order flopped in front of American bowlers. Later, Suryakumar Yadav played a brilliant innings and took India’s score to a respectable score.

Team India’s next match against Namibia
After winning the first match of the group stage of T20 World Cup 2026, defending champion Team India’s next match will be against Namibia on February 12 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. After this, India will leave for Colombo to compete with Pakistan. However, Pakistan has decided to boycott the match on 15th February, but Team India will go to Sri Lanka. India will play its last match of the league stage against Netherlands on 18 February in Ahmedabad.
