Bokaro Power Supply Company Limited (BPSCL) has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager (Boiler Operation Engineer). The application process for this recruitment has started. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the company’s official website bpscl.com.
BPSCL had released this recruitment on 9 February 2026 and applications have also started from the same day. A total of 15 posts of Assistant Manager (BOE) will be filled under this recruitment drive. Candidates can apply till 5 March 2026. After this no chance to apply will be given.
educational qualification
The candidate must have done full time BE or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Power Plant, Production or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university or institute. Minimum 65 percent marks are required for General, OBC (NCL) and EWS categories. Whereas for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, minimum 55 percent marks have been fixed.
What is the age limit?
The maximum age of the candidate applying for this recruitment should be 30 years. Age will be calculated as on 5th March 2026. Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per government rules.
How much salary will you get?
Candidates selected for this post will be given attractive salary. Initially the candidates will get a salary of Rs 50,000 to Rs 1,60,000 under E-1 grade. After successfully completing the probation period of one year, the salary will be increased from Rs 60,000 to Rs 1,80,000.
What will the selection process be like?
The selection process for BPSCL Assistant Manager Recruitment will be completed in two phases. In the first phase, candidates will have to give a computer based examination of 90 minutes. The candidates who are successful in this examination will be called for the next stage i.e. interview. Final selection will be done on the basis of examination and interview.
How much is the application fee?
General, OBC (NCL) and EWS category candidates applying will have to deposit a fee of Rs 500. Whereas Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and departmental candidates have been given complete exemption from application fee. Fees will have to be paid through online mode only.
