If you dream of teaching in a college or university, then there is good news for you. Bundelkhand University, Jhansi has issued a notification for recruitment to teaching posts. Under this recruitment, appointments will be made to the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. The application process has started from 12 February 2026 and candidates can apply online till 14 March 2026.
Eligible candidates can apply through the official website of the university. A total of 19 posts will be appointed under this recruitment drive. These include 8 posts of Professor, 7 posts of Associate Professor and 4 posts of Assistant Professor. All these posts are full time teaching posts. Ability
To apply for these posts, the candidate must have a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject. Along with this, it is also necessary to have M.Phil or PhD degree. Candidates from Food Science and Technology, Food Processing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Tourism and Hotel Management, Library and Information Science, Banking, Economics, Finance, Geology, Marketing, Human Resources and Hindi subjects can apply for professor posts.
Subject for the post of Associate Professor
Candidates from Food Science and Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Library Science, Banking, Economics, Finance, Geology and Marketing or HR subjects can apply for Associate Professor posts.
Subject for the post of Assistant Professor
Candidates from Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Banking, Economics and Finance can apply for Assistant Professor posts.
application fee
To apply for this recruitment, candidates will have to pay application fee. General and OBC category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000. Whereas SC and ST category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 500.
how much salary will you get
Selected candidates will get good salary in this recruitment. Candidates selected for the post of Professor will get salary ranging from Rs 37400 to Rs 67000 and along with this they will get AGP of Rs 10000. The post of Associate Professor will get a salary of Rs 37400 to 67000 and AGP of Rs 9000. Whereas for the post of Assistant Professor, salary of Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 and AGP of Rs 6000 will be given.how to apply
