‘An attempt was made to get me killed’, MP Pappu Yadav’s first reaction after being released from jail

Independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav came out of jail on Friday (13 February). Talking to the media, he said that he did not know why the administration did this. He said that he will not make any allegations against the government. However, he did say that there are one or two people in the government who have indulged in ‘mischief’.

In the case of death of NEET student, he said, “I will not let the fight of the NEET girl stop. I am deeply indebted to the party leaders and colleagues who supported us. If I have won today, it is a victory for justice. I would like to thank the court, which turned milk into water. The media has played the biggest role in this, I express my gratitude to the media. An attempt was made to get me killed. I will get the call details of the hospital superintendent released. They also tried to get me killed. Tried…that day also I was insulted twice by the Senior SP. The whole conspiracy was to silence Pappu Yadav’s voice.”

In his X post, he said, “The court has turned milk into water! But I will not give any exemption to any robber of justice! The fight for justice will continue. Right now I am leaving Beur jail and going to Phulwari, where a daughter and a student are
Murdered by throwing from coaching roof! Will fight strongly for their justice.”

A girl student died in a coaching class in Phulwari on Thursday (February 12). Pappu Yadav reached the house of Phulwari student to get justice. Pappu Yadav met the family of the student and assured them of justice. The father of the deceased student told the entire story to the MP. During this time a large number of media persons were present.

Let us tell you that Pappu Yadav was arrested in a forgery case in the year 1995. Although he got bail on Tuesday (February 10), but due to two other cases the court had stayed his release.
