A video is going viral from Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh, through which it is being claimed that people of Muslim community have been assaulted. The video is from Rudayan town of Islamnagar police station area of Badaun. It is alleged that a young man has beaten three people of Muslim community here over a minor dispute.
A boy named Akshay alias Chhotu has been accused of abusing and beating elderly people and people of special community while wearing a cap in public. The video of Akshay’s bullying by the worker who brought the scooter is now going viral on social media.
Accused Akshay alias Chhotu arrested
After the young man defied the law and the video went viral, the police have registered a case under sections of assault. At the same time, the police presented the accused in the SDM court. SDM has sent Dabangg Akshay alias Chhotu to jail.
Actually, two videos of Rudayan town are going viral rapidly. It is seen in the video that a young man riding a scooter is beating the people of Muslim community. Actually, at around 2 pm on 15th February 2026, three Muslim persons had come for some work to Rudayan town in nearby Sahaswan police station area.
While they were walking on the road, the scooter rider honked the horn but they did not move. There was an argument among themselves regarding this matter and then the accused Akshay alias Chhotu abused him and beat him. In the video, Akshay is heard saying ‘run away from here’.
What did the victim tell the police?
Sahaswan resident Abdul Salam told the police in Tahrir that he was passing through Rudayan town with his two companions. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar alias Chhotu, resident of Ward No. 8, Rudayan, came from behind on a scooter and blew the horn. An altercation started between the two parties over not giving way, which soon turned into a fight. Akshay Kumar made the three victims run around on the road and beat them up while abusing them. This uproar in the middle of the road created chaos on the spot. All three victims saved their lives by running away from there.
Accused Chhotu is a Bajrang Dal worker
A video of this incident has also surfaced on social media, in which the accused youth can be seen beating and the victims running away. SP Dehat Hridesh Katheria said that a case has been registered under sections of assault. Due to the punishment of less than 5 years under the assault charges, accused Akshay Chhotu was presented in the SDM court, where the SDM sent the accused Akshay to jail. The accused is said to be a Bajrang Dal worker.
