Sarah Hooker praised Indian food

Actually, Sara Hooker, co-founder and CEO of Adaptation, who attended the summit, shared a post on her social media platform X. While sharing a picture of freshly cut fruits, she wrote that the thing she will miss the most about Delhi is the fruits here which really taste like fruits. He also said that people who have grown up outside the United States sometimes feel that fruits available in the United States seem somewhat “sanitized”, meaning they lack true freshness and flavor.

This post of his went viral within no time and thousands of users gave their opinion on it. Many people agreed with Sarah Hooker. One user wrote that in America the fruits are genetically modified, whereas in India there are still some indigenous varieties left which have different taste. Another user commented that the fruits and vegetables in America look very shiny and perfect, but the aroma and authenticity of the vegetables found in Indian markets is different. Giving an example, he said that the fragrance of coriander purchased from the Indian farmer’s market remains on the hands for hours.
