National President of Samajwadi Party and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav has made a sharp counter attack on Bharatiya Janata Party MP Manoj Tiwari before Holi. Akhilesh has shared a song on social media site X which is in the context of Holi and Manoj Tiwari has been targeted in it.
In the 1 minute 14 second song shared by the Kannauj MP, a person wearing Manoj Tiwari’s mask can be seen roaming around. At the end of the song, SP Chief has written – Purana Hamjoli hai, na bad na mano Holi hai!
In the song posted by Akhilesh, it is written-
Remote without battery
Did not become CM but got demoted
It was good before, now it’s gone wrong.
Boats on dry rivers have become
No more singer, no more hero
no longer worth anything
No longer belong to the house, no longer belong to the ghat
people passed by
Waiting is lost due to urgency
Ratings went up even within the party
Now make songs and earn food
Thinking of finding a new place now
Now thinking of finding a new place.
Remote without battery
Did not become CM but got demoted
It was good before, now it’s gone wrong

Let us tell you that after the question raised on Manoj Tiwari’s song, SP Chief had said – Holi is a festival and it should be taken only in a positive spirit. It is also said in our Hindu and Sanatan tradition – ‘Don’t feel bad, it is Holi.’ Holi has just started. Holi was played from there, we felt good that some socialist colors were still left in them, so they included us in their song. Now the beginning has been made. If in future the colors and songs of socialists will also come to the fore, then they should not feel bad about that.
What did MP Manoj Tiwari say?
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari had said that it is true that ‘Don’t feel bad, Holi is there’ is not just a saying, but the spirit of our tradition. One should not take anything to heart during Holi. Politics is the most discussed topic today, hence its mention in Holi is not a new thing. Yes, there was a gap of two-three years in between, but even earlier when I used to sing Holi songs, the political color would naturally come into it.
While talking to ABP News, Tiwari had said – Holi is a festival of laughter and fun – sometimes with sister-in-law, sometimes with her sister, sometimes with elders. Similarly, things are said about some famous leaders in the style of ‘Don’t feel bad, it’s Holi’. I also mentioned Rahul Gandhi ji and Akhilesh ji in my song. Today I especially thank Akhilesh ji that he took it in a sporting spirit and responded very positively. He said that if we also say something in the colors of Holi, then don’t feel bad.
The MP had said that I want to say clearly that no matter what anyone says during Holi, we do not feel bad. This is the beautiful tradition of our country – laughter, colors and belongingness. And as I have said in my song, ‘Don’t feel bad, it’s Holi.’
