The minor son, resident of Ahraula police station area of Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, has filed a complaint in Ahraula police station accusing his 55-year-old father of preparing for the seventh marriage and demanding a ban on this marriage. The son has accused his father of preparing for marriage by selling the land. On this matter, the father says that his son does not listen to him, due to which he is taking this step. The father admitted that he has married six times so far.
This matter has now become a topic of discussion at the local level. The local police station says that Shani Maurya, a minor son resident of a village in the area, has filed a complaint in the police station accusing his father Amarjeet Maurya of marrying for the seventh time.
Father has done six marriages till now
The son has told that his 55-year-old father has done six marriages so far and is now preparing for the seventh marriage. The son has told that father had married my mother for the third time, before that he had done two more marriages. Have done a total of six marriages so far. The sixth marriage took place in 2024. After staying for a few days, the sixth wife started talking about transferring the land to her name. When her father did not transfer the land to her, she started demanding jewellery. When even the jewelery was not found, she went somewhere else. Now the father is in touch with some people for the seventh marriage. He has lured her into marrying him for the seventh time. For this, the father has also taken Rs 50 thousand in advance from someone to sell the remaining land.
Repaid father’s debt many times
Before this, father had mortgaged more than half the land. He has repaid the loan taken from his father many times. Presently he is a student of 12th class. His father had forcibly sent him to earn money. Right now he was out and had come to appear for the 12th exam. Now her father is determined to marry for the seventh time and has also taken advance to sell the land.
Police started investigation
In this whole matter, SP Rural Chirag Jain told that during the public hearing, an application was received from an applicant through which he told that his father is going to marry for the seventh time. Along with this, many other allegations are being made. Preliminary investigation has revealed that there is a dispute regarding inheritance and land distribution, yet in-depth investigation is going on and legal action will be taken on the basis of whatever facts come to light.
