The price of tickets for IPL 2026 matches can range from Rs 500 to thousands. Tickets for Royal Challengers Bangalore’s home matches at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium start from around Rs 2300 to Rs 2800. Mid-range seats cost around Rs 3500 to Rs 7500 and premium seats (pavilion or terrace) cost around Rs 8000 to Rs 15000. Why is the IPL 2026 schedule coming in two different parts?
Keeping in mind the dates of assembly elections to be held in some states of India, BCCI has announced the schedule of only 20 matches of IPL 2026. The ongoing war in the Middle East has affected the travel of the players. There was a problem in the return of the West Indies team after the T20 World Cup in India, because many flights to that region were cancelled. An IPL official said, ‘We are monitoring the situation and it is a matter of concern. However, at present the situation is under control. No hotel, airline or related department has expressed any concern yet, but we are constantly keeping an eye on it.
