The complete schedule of IPL 2026 has been released. The excitement of the tournament is starting from March 28, where the first match will be played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The season will start with the match of defending champion RCB. Teams from Chennai Super Kings to Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan and Hyderabad would like to win another trophy.

When will IPL 2026 be played?
BCCI had released the schedule from March 28 to April 12 in the first phase. In the second phase, the schedule has been released from 13 April to 24 May. A total of 70 matches will be played in the league stage, but May 24 is not the closing date of the tournament. It is being told that the final will be played on May 31, but BCCI has not confirmed it yet. The venue of the playoff matches has not been announced yet.
IPL 2026 format
IPL 2026 will be played in a double round-robin format, in which each team will face each other at least twice, one at home and one away. All the teams have to play 14 matches in the league stage. On days when there are 2 matches, the daytime match will start at 3:30 pm. The evening matches will start at 7:30 pm.
