Harpreet Singh is accused of planning a grenade attack at police stations in India and a retired Punjab Police Officer in Chandigarh. He is associated with a foreign terrorist organization called Babur Khalsa International (BKI), which was built in the 1970s and has been involved in political murders, armed attacks and terrorist bomb blasts.
Arrested on 16 April
Harpreet Singh was arrested on 16 April by FBI and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Sacramento, California. He was involved in many violent recovery and threatening campaigns in India.

FBI Director Kash Patel has informed in a tweet that a person named Harpreet Singh has been arrested in America. He is said to be associated with a foreign terrorist gang and was living illegally in America.
The FBI suspects that Harpreet Singh was involved in the conspiracy of several attacks on police stations in India and America. This investigation was conducted by the FBI Sacramento Unit, which helped the local agencies of India and America. Kash Patel wrote in the tweet, “We will find out those who spread violence, no matter where they are. All agencies have a great job and now will be justice.”
