The UN has now demanded to stop the war between America and Israel with Iran. United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has made a post appealing to stop the war. More than a month has passed since the joint action by America and Israel on Iran. The war is in its fifth week. In such a situation, the war has been very tiring and inconclusive.
I have a clear message to America and Israel: UN Secretary General
UN Secretary General Guterres has said through a post that I have a clear message from America and Israel that now is the time to stop this war. This is causing immense human suffering. Devastating economic consequences are emerging. Iran should also stop attacking its neighbors now. Conflicts end when leaders choose dialogue instead of destruction. This option still exists. This should be selected now.
Iran has expressed its opposition to the use of airbases in Gulf countries in the UN.
Here, Iran had strongly opposed the use of the territory and airspace of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait in response to the American and Israeli attacks against it. Iran appealed to build good relations with these countries and stop further use of its territory in any way.
Responsibility lies with the country whose territory is used: Iranian Ambassador
In separate letters written to the UN and the Security Council on Tuesday, Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative Amir Saeed Iravani had said that under international law, if the territory of a country is used for attacks or armed attacks against a third country, then that country is responsible.
