Ananya used to study for 7 to 8 hours every day. When the base became strong, he made a rule of studying for 6 hours every day. The special thing was that he prepared for preliminary (Prelims) and main examination (Mains) simultaneously. According to him, making notes became his biggest strength. By reading in writing, the things got stuck in the mind and it also became easy to repeat.

In the year 2019 he gave the Civil Services Examination. When the results came, he himself could not believe it. He achieved All India Rank 51. At the age of just 22, he fulfilled his childhood dream. Today Ananya is fulfilling her responsibilities in administrative service and is posted in West Bengal cadre.
