Pakistan Asim Munir Talk US President Donald Trump: Clouds are looming over the second mediation talks to be held in Pakistan regarding peace in the Middle East. At present it is not decided when the peace talks will take place. It is believed that Iran is adamant against America regarding Hormuz. Here, the timeline of ceasefire implemented between Iran and America is going to end on 21st April. At present, a period of warning statements is going on in both the countries. Within 24 hours, Iran again blocked the route to Hormuz, which was opened after the ceasefire in Lebanon, due to which the hopes of peace talks developing between the two countries seem to be dashed.
In such a situation, Reuters News Agency, quoting a Pakistani security source, has informed that Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir spoke to US President Donald Trump. He said that the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is an obstacle to talks. Here, Trump has told Munir that he will consider his advice.
Iran-America ceasefire ending on April 21
Earlier, US President Donald Trump had announced that there will be a ceasefire between the two sides for two weeks. Now that the timeline is near, the American media had claimed in its report that America’s special envoy for peace mission Steve Witkoff and President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner are going to soon go to Pakistan’s capital Islamabad for the second round of peace talks with Iran.
The New York Post quoted the Commander in Chief of the US Army as saying that US President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy (Steve Witkoff) is going to Pakistan this week to restart talks to end the Iran war. The important thing is also that JD Vance will not go to Pakistan this time.
The commotion had intensified in Islamabad on Sunday
Earlier on Sunday, the stir in Islamabad had intensified when the news came that four American military planes had landed at Pakistan’s Noorkhan airbase. In such a situation, it was being speculated that preparations for the second round of talks had intensified. Their number was said to be four. Here, Islamabad Police had also issued an advisory on social media regarding route change. It was told that the US military aircraft that landed on Noorkhan included the vehicles of US Vice President JD Vance and other security equipment.
Apart from this, 22 American Secret Service officers also reached Pakistan. Iran refused any kind of talks because Tehran believes that America is making too many demands. At the same time, President Pejeshkian had said regarding the nuclear program that no one can snatch the technology rights of our country.
