Last Saturday night in the capital Delhi, head constable Neeraj, posted in the Special Cell of Delhi Police, shot a Zomato delivery boy Pandav Kumar while under the influence of alcohol. In this incident he died on the spot. His friend Krishna is injured due to bullet injury and is undergoing treatment. The incident took place in Rawta village of Jafrakalan police station area. Bhojpuri actor Khesari Lal Yadav’s reaction has come today (Monday) on this entire matter.
‘Everyone has stopped talking on this issue’
Khesari Lal Yadav has in a way attacked the government regarding this incident. He has written in his X-post, “This is the condition of the country’s capital where if Biharis go on strike for one day, it will be difficult to move even an inch. Every MP, MLA in Delhi cannot win without the support of Bihari voters and everyone is silent on this issue. Now everyone will indulge in whitewashing so that this issue gets suppressed.”
He further said, “Will you pickle such a development where there is so much discrimination? This situation has happened due to spreading the drug of focus and reel-baazi. In our country, narratives develop all day long… So much hatred has been sown in the society that we are taking each other’s lives on the basis of region. It is true…”
The accused policeman was arrested
Let us tell you that the deceased Pandav Kumar was a resident of Khagaria, Bihar. His age was around 22-23 years. After this incident at around 2:30 pm on Saturday night in Jafarpur Kalan area, the police have arrested the accused head constable.
According to the information, there was a birthday party of a two-year old child in Rawta village. After cake cutting, the guests left the house and reached the main road. Some people went by taxi and some people were standing on scooty-bikes and talking. Meanwhile, accused head constable Neeraj came down from his house and objected to the noise. After the dispute escalated, he took out his pistol and shot Pandav. The bullet crossed the Pandava’s chest and hit the stomach of his friend Krishna sitting behind him. Krishna is undergoing treatment.
