Kolkata Knight Riders have defeated Delhi Capitals by 8 wickets. This is the fourth consecutive win for the Kolkata team in the IPL 2026 season and has kept its playoff hopes alive. Batting first, Delhi Capitals had scored 142 runs, in reply Kolkata team chased the target 34 balls earlier.

Finn Allen gave victory to Kolkata Knight Riders by hitting a six. He completed his century in 47 balls, which is the fastest century for Kolkata in the history of IPL. Finn Allen is only the fourth batsman to score a century for KKR. Before him, only Brendon McCullum, Venkatesh Iyer and Sunil Narine could score centuries for the Kolkata team.

Finn Allen returned unbeaten after scoring 100 runs in 47 balls and hit 5 fours and 10 sixes in this stormy innings. Allen scored 80 runs from the boundary itself. At one time Allen was playing after scoring 53 runs in 34 balls. He took only 13 balls to score the last 47 runs of his innings.

KKR’s winning four
