Meanwhile, Russia has also given its reaction on this visit. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said President Vladimir Putin hopes to discuss the issue directly with Xi Jinping during his upcoming visit to China.

According to Peskov, the date of Putin’s visit to China has not been decided yet, but it will be a good opportunity to understand what ideas were shared in the high-level talks between America and China. He also said that when the world’s two biggest powers, America and China, communicate at this level, it naturally attracts the attention of the whole world, and Russia is also keeping a close eye on it.
In fact, the recent meeting between Trump and Xi Jinping is not being considered limited to bilateral relations only, but it is being linked to bigger issues like global power balance, trade, technology and West Asia.
