This time the doors of technical education have become even easier for the youth of Haryana. If you have passed 10th and want to do a further course which will directly open the way to a job, then this news is for you. Haryana Government has started the process of admission to Diploma Engineering and Diploma Pharmacy in all government, government aided and private multi-technical institutes of the state. The special thing is that this time the entire process is being done through online portal, due to which students will not have to wander anywhere.
Admission in diploma course has started from 21st April 2026. Students can register online sitting at home and apply in the institute of their choice. For admission, Haryana Government has released techadmissionshry.gov.in portal, from where complete information, prospectus, schedule and important notices can be seen.
What courses are available?
Diploma Engineering (3 years): Students who have passed 10th can take admission in this course on the basis of merit. This course is better for those students who want to get a job or further studies by acquiring technical knowledge quickly.
Diploma Pharmacy (2 years): Students who have studied after 10th with PCM or PCB subjects can apply for this course. This is a good opportunity to make a career in the medical and pharma sector.

Diploma Engineering (Lateral Entry 2 years): Students who have completed 12th or ITI can directly take admission in 2nd year.

Students can register themselves online by visiting the portal. The registration page can also be reached directly by scanning the QR code given in the poster. This facility is especially helpful for students from rural areas.
Special emphasis on placement and scholarship
Haryana government has paid special attention not only to admission but also to employment after studies. Training will be imparted by corporate experts to improve the skills of the students in the institutes. Many MoUs have been signed with industries so that students can get good placement opportunities. There is good news for girls also. 25% reservation is being given in all multi-technical institutes and tuition fee relaxation is being given in government institutes.
Apart from this, there is a provision of scholarship of up to Rs 50 thousand every year for disabled and needy students from AICTE. Not only this, 15% students performing well in every semester will also be given a merit-cum-means scholarship of Rs 3000.
