Angkrish Raghuvanshi also missed an easy catch, when he was playing on 52 runs and after this he added 30 more runs. Cameron Green scored 52 runs, he would not have been able to score his half-century had he also not missed the catch.

Finn Allen (93), Angkrish Raghuvanshi (82) and Cameron Green (52) scored 50 plus for Kolkata. While chasing the target, both the openers of Gujarat Titans scored half-centuries. Sai Sudarshan scored 53 runs and captain Shubman Gill scored 85 runs. Jos Buttler played an inning of 57 runs. In this way, it became the match in T20 history in which the maximum number of batsmen scored more than 50.
