Pakistani intelligence agencies failed to stop the attack
This bomb blast in Quetta is considered to be a big mistake of Pakistan’s security and intelligence agencies. The responsibility of stopping terrorist attacks in Pakistan before they happen is the responsibility of ISI’s Directorate-C, which is currently headed by Major General Faisal Naseer, but for the last 3 years, Faisal Naseer and his team, instead of stopping terrorist attacks, have been focusing their entire attention on silencing critics of Pakistani army living abroad by attacking them. In such a situation, the big question is that how will the insurgent attacks be stopped in Pakistan, when the department whose responsibility is to stop the attacks is abandoning its work and is busy silencing the critics.
