Mumbai T20 League has started gaining momentum soon after IPL 2026. On June 2, in the match between SOBO Mumbai Falcons and ARCS Andheri, Shivam Dubey wreaked havoc, who also took the wicket of Shreyas Iyer while bowling. Actually, this was the first match of both the teams in this tournament, in which Falcons, captained by Shreyas Iyer, while batting first, were limited to only 126 runs.

Shivam Dubey, who bowled very little in the IPL, bowled with the new ball in the Mumbai T20 League and took a total of 3 wickets in the match. For the Andheri team, Arjun Tendulkar handled one end with the new ball and captain Shivam Dubey himself came at the other end. Dubey dismissed Ishan Moolchandani on the very third ball of his spell. Dubey gave only 7 runs in his first over and also took one wicket.
Arjun Tendulkar lost 13 runs in the third over, after which Dubey again held the ball in his hand. On the third ball of this over, he dismissed Falcons team captain Shreyas Iyer on the score of 5. Dubey took two wickets for just 8 runs in his first two overs.

3.2 overs, 17 runs and three wickets
Captain Shivam Dubey was the most successful bowler from Andheri. He gave only 17 runs in 3.2 overs and dismissed three batsmen. Dubey took the wickets of Ishaan Moolchandani, Shreyas Iyer and Yash Dicholkar. Apart from him, Ajay Mishra also took 3 wickets. Arjun Tendulkar also managed to dismiss one batsman.
Earlier, the teams of both Shivam Dubey and Shreyas Iyer had failed to reach the playoffs of IPL 2026. Talking about Mumbai T20 League, this tournament will run from June 1-June 13 and a total of 8 teams are participating in it.
