Cricketer Virat Kohli, who led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to victory in the Indian Premier League (IPL) trophy for the second consecutive year, along with actress wife Anushka Sharma, reached Sant Premanand Maharaj’s ashram in Vrindavan on Tuesday and expressed his gratitude after receiving the blessings of the Guru.

According to Ashram sources, both of them wearing masks on their faces reached Shrihit Radha Keli Kunj Ashram located at Vrindavan Parikrama Marg by car at around seven in the morning and took the blessings of the saint after seeing them. He stayed here for about two hours.

When both of them came out of the private meeting room of the ashram, sandalwood and Tripund were visible on their foreheads just like the saints. He also received a book as a gift from the ashram, which he was carrying with him.

He also reached the ashram of Swami Hit Govind Sharan and had darshan of him. Earlier in the month of April, he had also reached Vrindavan on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya and looked very happy after seeing Premanand.
